1. *Acceptance of Terms*

- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the listed products.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any order (including after payment has been processed) for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing error, or suspected fraud.
- Acceptance is confirmed by an email containing the order details and a unique order number.
5. *Pricing & Payment*
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept payment through credit/debit cards, UPI, and other payment methods we make available.
- Payment is required at the time of order placement; we do not provide credit.
6. *Shipping & Delivery*
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non‑refundable, except where required by law or in the case of a major product issue (see Refund Policy).
- Delivery timelines are estimates; we are not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., customs, weather, carrier issues).
- Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch from our warehouse.
7. *Return & Refund Policy*
- Please refer to our separate *Return & Refund Policy* for details. In summary, returns are not accepted except for major product issues, and refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
8. *Intellectual Property*
- All content on the Site (text, images, logos, trademarks, product designs, etc.) is the exclusive property of Okashi or its licensors.
- You may view, download, or print content for personal, non‑commercial use only, provided you retain all copyright and proprietary notices.
- Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
9. *User Conduct*
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
- Upload viruses, malware, or any code that could harm the Site.
- Attempt to scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data without our written consent.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with Okashi.
10. *Privacy*

11. *Limitation of Liability*
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Okashi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product(s) that gave rise to the claim.
12. *Indemnification*
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Okashi, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or any third‑party claim related to your use of the Site.
13. *Termination*
- We may terminate or suspend your account, or restrict your access to the Site, at our sole discretion, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
- Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease, and you must immediately cease all use of the Site.
14. *Governing Law & Dispute Resolution*
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through:
1. Good‑faith negotiation between the parties; and
2. If unresolved, by arbitration in Bengaluru, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
15. *Changes to the Terms*
We may revise these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on the Site with an updated “Effective Date”. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
16. *Severability*
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
