At Okashi we want you to enjoy our Japanese snacks with confidence. Please read the following policy carefully.

1. *General Principle*
Okashi does *not accept returns* of any products after purchase, except in the limited circumstances described below.
2. *Refund Eligibility – “Major Issue”*
A refund will be considered only if the product has a *major issue* that makes it unfit for consumption, such as:
- Wrong item shipped (different product or variant).
- Damaged packaging that has compromised the product.
- Spoiled or contaminated product.
“Major issue” does *not* include changes of mind, taste preferences, or minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the product inside.
3. *How to Request a Refund*
1. *Contact us* within 48 hours of receiving the order (email: support@okashi.jpn.ind or phone: +91‑XXXXXXXXXX).
2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and (if applicable) photos of the product and packaging.
3. We will review the information and, if the claim is approved, issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. *Refund Process*
- Refunds are issued *only* to the original payment instrument used for the purchase.
- The amount refunded will be the purchase price of the affected items, excluding shipping charges (unless the shipping was part of the major issue).
- No cash refunds or store credit will be provided unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. *Non‑Refundable Situations*
- Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or no longer in their original condition.
- Items purchased during promotional campaigns that are marked as “final sale”.
- Situations where the alleged issue is not verified by Okashi.
6. *Exchange Policy*
At this time Okashi does *not* offer exchanges. If you receive a product with a major issue, you may follow the refund procedure above.
